What method of shipping do you use? USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.  All orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order.    What is your return policy? We do not offer returns or exchanges for items that are misordered.  We will return or exchange any product that is damaged or does not meet your satisfaction except Webkinz.  All sales are final on Webkinz.  You must e-mail our corporate office within 5 days from receipt of your product, if you wish for a refund or exchange.  You must return product with your sales receipt.  We will refund one way shipping charges. When your wick forms a mushroom head, it's time to put out your candle (Using a Wick Dipper), TRIM THE WICK & re-lite!  Rule of thumb for burning a container candle is: 1 hour for every inch in diameter of the opening of your jar.  Why do my candles discolor? All candles will discolor due to sunlight light, fluorescent light, and intense heat.  We recommend you store your candles in a cool, dry place.    What type of candle wicks do you use? Two Women -N- Wax Candles uses zinc core wicks.  100% LEAD FREE! What type of candle wax do you use? We use a soy/paraffin blend in all our container candles and tealights.  Why you ask? Ever notice how a 100% soy candle burns clean and even but looses it's scent half way through the candle?  We sure noticed that.  That is why we use soy to help our candles burn clean and even and pariffin to hold the scent throughout the life of the candle.  A PERFECT CANDLE! We use palm wax for all our tarts, votives, and pillars. Why you ask? We have found that palm wax not only has a beautiful appearance, it also burns AWESOME!  Tarts pop out of your tart warmer with ease!
